Banking Basics - Rev. Jim
Rev. Jim has been involved with banking since the age of 10. He is well versed on the everyday needs to open and use your bank account. In this class, you will learn about the major types of insured financial institutions; reasons to use a bank; opening and maintaining a bank account; an explanation of bank fees and how to write a check; and information about debit cards and what a remittance transfer is.
Credit Scores & Reports - Raeann
Raeann remembers all too well the process of purchasing a home, a car, or applying for a credit card and what Credit Scores can do to your life goals. During this class, she will review how your credit is changed based on your decisions and how to read a credit report.
Budgeting - Pranim
Pranim is going to share how setting a budget can help you stay on track with your financial goals and not put yourself in debt. This class will provide training on setting financial goals; tracking daily spending; preparing a personal spending plan to monitor income and expenses; suggestions on ways to decrease spending and increase income, and tools to help manage bills.
